We understand that many organisation have limited funds for full time staff and those that are fortunate enough to have full time staff also can be stretched. So we have developed programs of work to support existing teams with improvements to their existing Resilience work, helping them with bespoke training or specific projects, (such as assisting with Exec engagement, program delivery, recruitment), or just to back fill teams when the work load is heavy such as during Business Impact Analysis reviews, or delivering annual training.
We also are aware that Resilience leads often have no-one to turn to for specific resilience advice or support on how to break through difficult problems, how to deliver excellence in resilience, How to gain funding and exec support, including building business cases, to making exercise and training more engaging. So we offer weekly or monthly support session 1:1 with those individuals to help mentor and support them. This is good for the organisation as they get the benefit of more years of experience without significant cost, and it is good for the employee as they get to develop into more capable individuals.
